• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

• Guests must adhere to all house rules provided at check-in.

• Unauthorized parties, smoking, or pets (unless pre-approved) are strictly prohibited.

• Any violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

4. Liability

• The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property and its amenities.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our Strict Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings:

• Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

• 50% Refund: Cancel 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking.

• 50% Refund for All Nights: Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in.

• No Refund: Cancel within 7 days of check-in.

7. Natural Hazards and Local Conditions

• Guests acknowledge the property may be located in an area with natural hazards (e.g., snow, wildlife).

• It is the guest’s responsibility to follow all provided safety guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of changes if applicable to their booking.
